Edwin Miller Boulevard Safety Corridor Assessment (2025)

Home / Edwin Miller Boulevard Safety Corridor Assessment (2025)

  • June 27, 2025

Building upon the HEPMPO Regional Safety Action Plan that serves as the eligible comprehensive safety action plan, this Corridor Safety Study aims to identify proven safety countermeasures and innovative solutions. These measures effectively reduce crashes and severe injuries along the targeted corridor. The study assesses the Edwin Miller Boulevard Corridor between Eagle School Road and ramps for I-81 in Martinsburg.  The corridor study will consider the priority safety corridor countermeasures and crash data, collision history, and the planned projects along the corridor, as well as explore innovative solutions aligned with Safe System Approach.
